2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, optionally your team name, and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not profile users.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Where an order is placed, data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

5. Who we share data with

Your data may be processed by our service providers: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our email delivery provider (Resend, Inc.). They process data only on our instructions.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Cookies and technical data

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.

We store your chosen colour theme in your browser (localStorage) and a technical cookie remembering the automatic language selection. This data does not identify you and is not transmitted to us.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data to distinguish humans from bots.

8. Fonts and external resources

Typefaces are loaded from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), which does not log IP addresses or use cookies. We do not use Google Fonts.
